Always get good friendly service here. Inside they have lots of fresh fish. Outside they have a food truck that is open 11-2 Weds, Thurs, and Fri only. The Lobster Roll is spicy. You can substitute fried calamari for fries for only $1 more. The whole place is fish with a Louisiana Cajun flair to it.
I'm from New Orleans and was in town visiting my parents. They suggested a shrimp boil and recommended this place to get the shrimp. I had my reservations. As soon as I saw the selection I knew I had been wrong. The seafood freshness and selection are as good as I get at home. From soft shell crabs to amazing smoked salmon to frog legs everything was fresh. It's not the best looking joint but venture in. It is worth it. The staff are super kind and helpful.
After living in the area for over 40 years, this was my first time at See's. Very friendly and helpful staff. And I happened to time it that Josh had just gotten salmon out of the smoker! Wow! It's amazing. Also got a small Cobb salad with blackened shrimp. I used my own balsamic shallot vinegar as a dressing and it was so good and fresh! Looking forward to trying the shrimp I also bought to fix this week!
I ate there today and it was great. I had the shrimp po-boy and fries. Sooo good. Will definitely go back
We did not know what to expect trying See's for the first time. We visited their lunch trailer. We tried the fried shrimp baskets ($9.), and substituted calamari on one and clam strips on the other. All three were excellent!! We tried the Boudain balls, lobster roll and french fries. For a total of $39. We got more food than we should have eaten. They were all delicious!! Worst thing is See's lunch trailer is open 11 to 2, and we have trouble getting there. We will figure out our scheduling conflicts so we can go there more often. Inside the store, we got some smoked salmon which they smoke in house. We will have to wait until tomorrow to try it. No room left for food! Not to sound like an advertisement, but See's is really worth a visit.
